Dear Dr. Boerger,

I have been a patient of yours since 2006. At that time, I had experienced a divorce, a new job, and a very low self esteem due to past experiences and deteriorating dental appearance. I was in the depths of despair when I walked into your office.

My circumstances were handled by you, Tracy, and your staff. You guys were very polite and took the time to understand my full situation. I really felt like you all cared about my future and my well being. I must say that it takes a special business to foster that kind of work ethic in an environment that handles nervous and anxious patents all day long.

I would like to take this time and sincerely thank you and your staff for inspiring my self-esteem with gorgeous work. My smile has brought joy to me and my surroundings more than you can ever imagine.

How extremely kind of you to come in on a busy Sunday to restore a patient’s smile – and to do so without complaining or making us feel bad. Then, throw into the mix it was your birthday, and that practically makes you a saint! :) Well, at the very least, it makes you our favorite dentist.
